Last week saw the auction of the original James Bond Aston Martin DB5 which sold at RM auctions for a record 2.6 million, the car came complete with all James’ bullet proof screen and built in spy gadgets a one-off sure, but not exactly very practical!

Bramley are delighted however to be able to offer for sale this mint condition 1965 manual DB5 Saloon that has recently returned from an extensive 2 year body off chassis, nut and bolt restoration offering what must be one of the finest examples of this model around for much less!

The restorations were carried out to the highest standards by the best in the industry Spray Tec Restorations and Bodylines Specialist Panel Beaters. The bodywork is now in absolute mint condition and the car looks stunning painted in Aston Martin Silver Birch with a Black Hide Interior and Grey Carpeting.

The engine has been completely rebuilt by R.S. Williams Ltd to 4.7 Litre SU Specification. Other specification includes Borrani Wire Wheels with 3 eared spinners, air conditioning and period looking Becker Mexico Radio/Navigation System and modern speakers, Mechanical Power Assisted Steering, Uprated Ride and Handling Package. This car can be supplied with the registration number DBV 5C if the purchaser is keeping the car registered in the UK.
