London 2012 Revs Up With Official Games Vehicle Registration Numbers

DVLA Personalised Registrations has revealed the full list of registrations it will auction in June in celebration of the 2012 Olympic Games.
Named as an official licensee of London 2012, the Agency has released the entire list of 1,750 registrations that will go under the hammer at City Hall in the Capital, over three days, commencing on June 7. For the entire list go to http://dvlaregistrations.direct.gov.uk/auction/next.html
With registrations like 2012 OG, GO11 DEN, WON 601D, DVLA Personalised Registrations has gone to great lengths to ensure motorists, too, can show their support of our Olympians and what will surely be the greatest sporting spectacle in the world.
The diverse array of registrations encompasses specific sports like BMX 1X, CYC 111E, D155 CUS and GYM 734M, there’s even MEN 100M and RUN 100M aimed at the games’ blue ribbon event though there’s no indication hotfavourite and the world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt, will be bidding!
There are also a selection of registrations clearly targeting some of the nation’s favourite athletes including DA11 LEY for diver Tom Daley, FA12 RAH for long distance runner Mo Farah and 11 HOY for cyclist Sir Chris Hoy. Even Lord Coe, Chairman of London OrganisingCommittee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (LOCOG), and London Mayor Boris Johnson have been accounted for with SEB 60E and BOR 15X.
